Sustainability Advisor A leading regional contractor based in the Southwest are seeking a Post Graduate Sustainability Advisor to join their business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a renowned contractor with an extensive background as a reputable contractor across the UK. The Sustainability Advisor will play a key part in the development and future of the business, reporting directly to the Head of SHEQ, About the role of Sustainability Advisor This regional contractor traditionally specialises in heavy civil infrastructure projects, across the water, environmental, highways and aviation sector. With project traditionally valuing up to £30M across the South West and wale for private and framework clients. The role of Sustainability Advisor will be joining a experienced and longstanding HSQE team. Responsibilities for Sustainability Advisor Responsible for assisting and driving the continuous improvement of their sustainability impact, including Carbon reduction, biodiversity. Working alongside the Health & safety team, Senior leadership team & site team, whist also being responsible for collaboratively working with their reputable and trusted clients. Requirements for Sustainability Advisor Previous experience within the construction industry is fundamental The nature of this position will call upon a strong understanding of ISO 14001 An ambitious nature will be essential as you will be responsible for driving change within the business Relevant degree either within Geology, Environmental Sciences or Ecology.
