Job Description

Surveyor - Residential Valuation £45,000 - £50,000 + Benefits (including Car or £4K car allowance) Panoramic Associates are currently recruiting for a Valuation Surveyor, you will be involved in property inspections, research, and client interactions. The focus of this role is on collaborating within a high-performing team with a strong reputation across the region. You will be expected to maintain strong relationships with colleagues both within the company and across the industry, while supporting each other in achieving collective goals. Key Duties & Responsibilities Conduct property inspections and surveys. Prepare residential property valuations for loan security purposes, including investment, development, and owner-occupied properties. Use valuation software (e.g., Argus, Rightmove Plus) and Excel to generate accurate valuations. Compile research into detailed schedules, reports, and appraisals. Support senior team members in building and nurturing successful business relationships, with the opportunity to grow your own client base over time. Attend client meetings and events.Key Skills & Experience MRICS qualification. Prior experience in property valuation. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of appraisals, cash flows, and report writing. Excellent attention to detail, consistently producing accurate and high-quality work. Strong analytical skills. Ability to manage your own time effectively, with sound commercial judgment to maximise fee-earning opportunities. Willingness to travel across northern England.
