Seeking a diligent Site Surveyor for a permanent role within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MS Project, Buildertrend, and ProCore. This mid-sized organisation prides itself on its quality-driven approach and commitment to enhancing local communities through its developments. Description Perform site measurements and condition surveys Manage and utilise software such as MS Project, Buildertrend, and ProCore Prepare and present reports on survey results Collaborate with the construction team to ensure accurate project execution Monitor construction progress and perform quality checks Identify potential site issues and propose solutions Ensure site safety and compliance with industry regulations Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are metProfile A successful Site Surveyor should have: Proficiency in MS Project, Buildertrend, and ProCore Strong understanding of construction processes and property development Exceptional communication and collaboration skills High attention to detail and accuracy in site surveys A problem-solving mindset and proactive approachJob Offer Competitive salary range of £54,000 to £66,000, plus a bonus paid yearly in arrears Opportunity to work in the heart of London (with some travel to sites in Kent) Chance to be part of a company that values quality and sustainability Engage in a rewarding role within the property development industry Join a collaborative and supportive work environmentIf you are a proficient Site Surveyor looking for an exciting opportunity in London's property industry, we encourage you to apply
