Job Description

Supply Teaching Assistant Teach Now is looking for enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants to support primary schools in Ealing. This role offers flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to work across a range of schools, supporting students from EYFS to Year 6. Whether you’re experienced or new to the profession, this position allows you to expand your teaching skills while enjoying a rewarding career in education. About the Role: As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you’ll support the class teacher in managing lessons, helping with classroom activities, and working with students, especially those with SEN. You’ll be adaptable and able to quickly build rapport with students and staff, ensuring a smooth and positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in delivering lessons across Key Stage 1 & 2. • Support small groups or 1:1 with SEN students .• Help maintain classroom management.• Contribute to lesson planning and classroom preparation. Application Requirements: • Experience as a Teaching Assistant (desired but not essential) .• Passion for working with children. • Flexibility to work in various schools .• Strong communication skills.
