Supply Teacher for Primary Schools needed!
Location: Bournemouth, Dorset
Daily Rate: £93- £140
Start Date: Immediate or after Easter 2025
GSL Education are actively helping a well-known primary school in the Bournemouth area to seek a flexible supply teacher to support schools in the absence of their regular class teachers.
As a supply teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing support to primary pupils, contributing to the growth and development of young children in the absence of their teachers. This is an amazing opportunity to make a positive difference to a child’s education, whilst enjoying the flexibility and variety of work that comes with being a supply teacher. You could be called upon to cover classes from Reception up to Year 6, so any experience within both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 would be really beneficial. While the schools primarily cater to mainstream education, some pupils will display additional need and therefore any prior experience or knowledge of SEN is desirable, including experience implementing strategies to help behaviour manage.
The ideal candidate for a supply teacher will possess relevant experience, a sincere passion for education, and a commitment to fostering a love for learning among students. This position offers a flexible opportunity for candidates seeking casual supply work, with the potential for a permanent position if the schools and candidate desire.
