Job Description
We’re looking for an Order Processing Coordinator!
Location: London – Hybrid 3x a week in the office
Salary: £30,000-£35,000
We’re seeking a dynamic and collaborate Order Processing Coordinator to join a drinks business based in Central London. This is a great opportunity for an Order Processing Coordinator with previous experience in order processing and customer service who wants to be part of an inclusive and supportive team!
Key responsibilities:
Primary point of contact for customers and warehouses
Manage the day-to-day order processing accurately
Maintaining PO trackers
Manage inbound containers
Weekly order reconciliations
Track key supply chain metrics
Help manage stock at risk
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in order processing and customer service ideally in retail or FMCG
Proficiency with Excel (Pivot tables and VLOOKUP) is ideal
Proficiency in PowerBI /SAP is a bonus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Being able to work cross-functionally
