Your Role:
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the supply chain. Your responsibilities will include:
Understanding the Supply Chain: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our client's supply chain model and business processes, including key partners and market sectors.
Building Relationships: Foster strong relationships with supply chain partners, internal teams, customers, and principal suppliers.
Driving Improvement: Lead the review of non-conformances, driving communication and issue resolution while focusing on performance enhancement.
Operational Management: Utilise a structured, data-driven approach to manage and respond to live supply chain operational requirements.
Supporting Strategic Goals: Assist the Supply Chain Manager with compliance, performance, solutions, digital transformation, and sustainability initiatives.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Be prepared to take on any additional tasks as required. Ideal Candidate:
Professional and customer-focused, with an unwavering attention to detail
Experienced in supply chain, logistics, or international trade
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong in analytical skills with the ability to identify key trends within data
Equipped with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Organised and adept at time management
