Job Description
Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Assistant – short term contract to June 2025.
Salary: £25,000 pa pro rata, paid monthly
Location: Dartford, Kent
Hours: 7.5 per day – flexible between 8am and 5pm
No hybrid working but flex time available
Benefits: 25 days annual leave + BH – vast range available – pro rata
Supply Chain Assistant Essential skills / experience
* Good general education
* Highly numerate
* Excel experience (pivot tables an advantage)
The Supply Chain Assistant must be able to demonstrate experience of:
* Experience with MRP & Raw material supply planning
* Inventory management.
Able to demonstrate:
* Moderate level of analytical skills
* Good sense of urgency
* Strong customer focus
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Good communication skills when liaising with suppliers and internal customers
* Good Attention to Detail.
* The job holder is expected to use their initiative when making judgements, with a significant number of decisions being based around customer prioritisation.
* Driven to Succeed
* Able to make decisions with the bigger picture in mind.
* Good team player, self-motivated
Supply Chain Assistant main responsibilities:
1. Provide daily administration support to the Supply Chain Department
2. Participate in & support CI activities and initiatives.
3. To carry out all duties in line with the Company’s Quality Assurance PolicyBefore You Apply
