Supply Chain Assistant
£30,000 to £35,000 (Depending on experience)
Southeast London – Onsite

The brand remains founder led and supplies into nationwide retailers, via Amazon, and their own D2C platform.

What will you do as a Supply Chain Assistant?
* Liaising with suppliers and raising POs for finish goods
* Organising movement of inbound stock into 3PL warehouse
* Working with 3PL warehouse and operations team to monitor inventory levels
* Assisting the operations manager with monthly stock forecasting
* Chasing outstanding POs and management of supplier invoicing
* Monitoring production schedules timelines with contract manufacturer
What do you need as a Supply Chain Assistant?
* Previous experience within a supply chain role in FMCG is essential
* Experience with ERP software ideally Unleashed
* Worked with 3PL warehouse and contract manufacturers
* Happy to be onsite in Southeast London 5 days a week
* Keen to learn and progress within supply chain taking on more responsibility
* Ability to build lasting relationships, goes above and beyond for customers
* Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
