Supply Chain Administrator Tipton £27,000 Permanent What’s on offer: £27,000 per annum. Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm. Variable pay scheme 9% of pay. 27 days holiday per year plus 8 bank holidays and potential option to purchase another 5 days. Life insurance 4X salary. (Certain benefits will be available once completion of the 3-month probationary period) Our growing client, based in Tipton is looking for an outgoing person with good communication skills both written and oral to join their supply chain admin team This role would be perfect for anyone who has worked within the customer service and purchasing industry. Key Responsibilities: Process purchase orders and sales orders for key allocated Monitor outstanding purchase orders and expedite orders with suppliers and logistics providers. Prepare export and import documentation, Complete month end Receipt and re-class of key account Maintain the vehicle General administration duties, e.g. filing, archiving dealing with post and office deliveries. Provide support/cover for the Supply Chain Coordinator (Sales Orders & Purchase Orders) when required. Invoicing key accounts and support Supply Chain Co- Undertake any other tasks and duties as required by the company. Person Specification: Computer literate MS Customer Service/Purchasing/Export experience desirable but training can be provided. Good communication skills both written and Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to be adaptable to the workload and work efficiently. Ability to work to deadlines
