Job Description

Working Supervisor required for a well established and leading manufacturer in the Refrigeration sector, they provide high-end services that ensure the efficiency and reliability of clients' facilities across food/ bev industries, they have a collaborative work force where team development and hands-on service are top priorities. Key Responsibilities: * Mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. * Growing and developing a team and regional area across the North East. * Provide hands-on service, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning, commercial refrigeration, chillers, and industrial refrigeration systems. * Perform fault-finding and troubleshooting on a variety of refrigeration and compressor equipment. * Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Work primarily in large commercial and industrial settings, including food and beverage and process manufacturing sites. * Participate in ongoing training and development. Qualifications and Experience: * Proven experience as a Refrigeration Service Engineer or Supervisor with strong knowledge of air conditioning, chillers, and refrigeration systems. * Leadership experience or a strong desire to take on a supervisory role. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Relevant industry certifications and qualifications. Package: * Competitive salary ranging from £45K to £48K - Door to Door * Overtime rates: 1.5x after core hours, 2x on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays. * 26 days of annual leave. * Comprehensive medical benefits. * Company vehicle (Ford Transit) provided for business use. * Access to manufacturer training courses for ongoing professional development
