Retail Supervisor | Cambridge | Fashion Retail | New Store Opening | Up to £14.00 per hour
Are you a passionate and experienced Retail Supervisor looking for an exciting opportunity in fashion retail? We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Supervisor to support the launch of a BRAND-NEW STORE OPENING in Cambridge. If you have experience in a senior sales or supervisory role within a fast-paced retail environment, this could be the perfect next step for you!
As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading and motivating the team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing retail business and make a real impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
Take ownership of the retail floor, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
Lead by example in customer service, product knowledge, and store standards
Assist in stock management, ensuring the shop floor is well-stocked and presented
Help oversee opening and closing procedures
Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing retail space
Support team training and development
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience in a Retail Supervisor or senior sales role within fashion retail
Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire a team
A hands-on, proactive approach to driving sales and operational excellence
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to challenges
