Supervisor | New Fashion Store Opening | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | Salary: £25,000
We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor to join a brand-new retail store opening soon! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with retail experience to play a key role in the success of a new store, either in a full-time or part-time capacity. As a Supervisor, you'll help establish the foundation for a great team and contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience from day one.

As a Supervisor, you will:
Lead and oversee daily retail operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Motivate, guide, and support the team, ensuring everyone delivers outstanding customer service.
Help drive sales and achieve store targets, playing an integral part in the store's success.
Maintain high retail standards in product displays, stock levels, and store presentation.
Manage team performance, provide training, and assist with the development of staff.
Assist in managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
Supervise and motivate the team to meet and exceed retail KPIs.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring the needs of customers are met and exceeded.
About You:
Previous experience as a Supervisor in a retail environment, with a strong understanding of retail operations and customer service.
Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, new retail store setting.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards.
