They are a small family-run business with an established blue-chip client customer base.   Their services include: Same day/next day van courier services Same day/next day HGV (7.5T - 13.9m Artic) Container movement from all major UK ports Airport collections Temp controlled Subcontractor Coordinator – (Sameday Logistics) -The Rewards Full-time, Permanent Salary up to £30,000 per year Monday to Friday No weekends Bonus and Commission Work Environment: Modern office setting Food provided Growth opportunities Hybrid working (3 days office based / 2 days home) Company perks Relaxed atmosphere Casual work attire Subcontractor Coordinator – (Sameday Logistics) - Requirement Must have knowledge of Courier Exchange or Haulage Exchange Sameday / Time critical background is preferred Subcontractor Coordinator – (Sameday Logistics) - Responsibilities Taking bookings and allocation jobs to drivers Entering data into the CRM system Dealing with quotations Communicate effectively with drivers ensuring cost and revenue targets are met in relation to predetermined gross margin and profit targets Complete debriefing with drivers based on the service level agreements for specific contracts  Good IT skills Driven and motivated to achieve targets Communication skills Good organisational skills About Us   Detail2Recruitment acts as an employment agency in respect of this position.
