Sub-Contract Procurement Manager (Contract) - Defence Sector
We're looking for a Sub-Contract Procurement Manager to lead supply chain strategies, manage supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
CIPS Level 5 or equivalent
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Ability to analyse data and make informed business decisions
Experience in supplier development, contract management, and risk mitigation
Leadership skills to manage procurement teams and support business goals
Your Role:
🔹 Lead procurement & subcontract strategies for key defence projects
🔹 Manage supplier deliverables, contracts, and risk mitigation
🔹 Develop and influence supplier relationships to drive performance
🔹 Ensure procurement governance and best practices are implemented
🔹 Support bids, contract negotiations, and supplier performance monitoring
