Requirements
Have a strong background in pastoral care as well as managed a pastoral team
Experience working with high needs learners
Level 3 safeguarding qualification
Designated safeguarding training at a Lead LevelResponsibilities:
Safeguarding in educational settings
Supporting students with high need pastorally and managing a pastoral team
