Structural Engineer Wigan (Hybrid working) c35k - 45k + package We are pleased to be recruiting a structural engineer on behalf of an established and very busy civil structural consultancy in Wigan working on a variety of interesting projects across sectors including residential, education, commercial working on anything from simple design structures to large multi storey structures. As Structural Engineer you will work work with 2 very experienced directors and other more junior engineers as part of a growing team. Ther will be good opportunity for career progession and to gain chartership.. On Offer salary c35k-45k depending on experience Transparent progression opportunity Opportunity to gain chartership Flexible/hybrid working About you and the role * You will be a structural engineer with 3 yrs+ structural design experience ideally in client facing/consultancy environment * Structural design to all relevant standards and European Codes * Producing preliminary design solutions * Producing detailed designs, calculations and specifications * Design in all forms of construction including steelwork, concrete, masonry and timber, under the supervision of a Senior Structural engineer * Assistance with site inspections * Proficient in design software such as TSD, Tedds, Etabs etc Please send your cv in the first instance or call for more info
