The Details: Location: Fully office-based in Whiteley, Hampshire (near Solent Hotel) Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5:30pm, Friday 8:30am – 3:00pm (no evenings, weekends, or bank holidays, PLUS early finish incentives) Annual Leave: 29 days per year, PLUS additional leave for late starts, early finishes, and long lunches Salary: £35,000 per year PLUS uncapped commission (£80,000 OTE) What You’ll Be Doing: Proactively engage with prospects – Make high-volume outbound calls to businesses, qualifying leads and converting them into sales. Close high-value deals – Confidently negotiate and secure contracts, ensuring targets are consistently exceeded. Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities – Maximise revenue by offering additional products/services tailored to client needs. Handle objections effectively – Overcome challenges with professional and strategic responses. Deliver an exceptional customer experience – Build rapport, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions. Master product knowledge – Stay up to date with our mobile, digital, and cloud technology offerings. Manage pipeline & CRM – Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales progress on Salesforce. Continuously improve – Stay ahead of market trends and refine your sales techniques through ongoing training. Collaborate with the team – Work with sales managers and colleagues to share best practices and contribute to a high-performance culture. What We’re Looking For: * Minimum 3 years telesales experience, including at least 1 year in telecoms. * Strong understanding of VOIP, digital telephony, broadband, and data connectivity. * Proficiency in MS Office. * Proven ability to identify business needs and convert them into sales. * Track record of closing deals and exceeding targets. * Coachable, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement. * Experience in managing a structured sales pipeline and CRM (Salesforce experience is a plus). * Knowledge of finance agreements and DocuSign is advantageous but not essential.
