What You’ll Be Doing As the Stores Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, managing stock, materials, and supplies to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include: * Managing and maintaining stock levels, ensuring stock is always available when needed. * Preparing and dispatching site fixing kits. * Coordinating with suppliers to manage lead times, delivery schedules, and stock availability. * Assisting tradespeople with materials and overseeing deliveries. * Keeping accurate records for traceability and compliance. * Maintaining a safe and organised working environment in line with company health and safety standards. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys working as part of a team. Ideal candidates will have: * Experience in stock management, warehouse operations, or a similar role. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in computer-based inventory systems or a willingness to learn. * A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to multitask effectively. * FLT (Forklift Truck) certification is an advantage, but training can be provided. * Knowledge of engineering materials and fixings (desirable but not essential).
