Job Description
A Steel Operative / Material Handler / Overhead Crane Operator is required for a multi-national steel processing company based in West Bromwich. Operating overhead cranes to move steel around the workplace, feeding the machine lines and loading/unloading vehicles for dispatch.
Duties of the role include;
Operating overhead cranes to handle steel
Operating counterbalance forklift trucks
Helping to load and unload machines
Loading and unloading vehicles for delivery
Any other duties as and when requiredYou will be working on a day shift;
Monday - Friday 6am - 4pm (1pm finish Fridays) This role will be;
Working on a temp-to-perm basis with long term opportunities
Weekly pay whilst on the agency
