Job Description
To carry out individual care as per Service User’s care plans.
* To continuously assess and monitor the “dependency” of Service Users.
* To assess, implement & evaluate Service User’s care plans, risk management assessment and other assessment tools
* To promote confidentiality.
* To establish and maintain good relationships between Service Users, relatives and staff.
* To participate in the Service Users’ activity programme.
* To administer and control drugs and medications as per the Company Policy, NMC and Health Authority guidelines.
* To undertake direct nursing care as necessary.
* To adhere to the Company’s policies and procedures and to ensure subordinates are fully conversant with them.
* To allocate duties and tasks to Care Staff.
* To supervise the service of food and drinks to Service Users.
* To improve and update professional knowledge.
* To assist with training of all staff in the clinical area.
* To carry out other duties as well, from time to time, as directed.
* To carry out all duties in a safe manner having regard to the health, safety and welfare of self, staff, Service Users and other personsBefore You Apply
