Responsible for overseeing the van/gang to ensure client satisfaction, safety adherence, and precise execution of specifications. With a diplomatic and pragmatic approach, the PIC navigates challenges on construction sites effectively.

- Factory hours from 5 - 6/7 am to 4 - 5 pm Monday to Thursday, with a 7.5-hour Friday shift between 6 am and 1.30 pm.
- Flexibility is essential as occasional work outside these hours may be required to meet project demands effectively
