Job Description

Customer Service Executive, Cycling Travel Specialist  required by a Specialist Cycling Holiday company who send cyclists of all abilities on adventures around the world. To qualify for this role you will have a passion for cycling and experience working in a sales OR service role, preferably from the travel industry, but not essential. Basic salary 22K-24K plus commission. Office-based Monday to Thursday and work from home on Fridays. 9am-5.30pm. Customer Service Executive, Cycling Travel Specialist Responsibilities: Deal with customer enquiries post booking on the telephone Working calmly and effectively to ensure any issues are resolved quickly  Assisting customers with booking changes, payments, and issue resolution. Working closely with suppliers to confirm booking details. Representing our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
