Aspire People are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Sports Coach to join a vibrant secondary school in Stoke-on-Trent. If you have a passion for inspiring young people through sport and physical activity, we want to hear from you!
The Role:
As a Sports Coach, you will:
✔ Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons and extracurricular sports activities.
✔ Support students in developing teamwork, discipline, and a love for physical activity.
✔ Assist teaching staff in PE lessons and contribute to whole-school sporting events.
✔ Encourage participation from all students, regardless of ability.
✔ Ensure a safe and inclusive sporting environment.
What We're Looking For:
✅ Experience coaching or teaching sport (school or club setting).
✅ Relevant coaching qualifications (e.g., Level 2 Coaching Certificate, PE-related degree).
✅ Strong communication and leadership skills.
✅ A positive attitude and ability to motivate students.
✅ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
