Speech & Language Therapist – Up to £53,200 + £3,000 Welcome Bonus!
Location: Kent
Salary: Up to £53,200 DOE + £3,000 Welcome Bonus
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Term-Time Only)
Contract: Permanent
Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving License & Own Vehicle Required
About the Role:
Key Health is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading specialist education provider for an experienced Speech & Language Therapist. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a highly supportive multidisciplinary team delivering specialist therapy to children and young people with autism, learning disabilities, and complex communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of children & young people requiring specialist intervention
* Develop and implement bespoke communication strategies & therapy plans
* Work collaboratively with education staff & the clinical team
* Deliver training to support staff & families
What You’ll Need:
* Recognised SaLT Qualification & HCPC Registration
* Experience in Education/Neurodiversity/Complex Needs Settings
* Passion for improving the lives of young people
