Salary: £150 - £250 per day (Depending on experience)

About the role: As a SEN Teacher, you will provide tailored education and support to students with diverse needs, fostering their academic and personal development. You will create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that empowers students to achieve their full potential.
Essential Qualities That We Are Looking For:
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet the needs of students with SEND.
Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes confidence and independence.
Collaborate with parents, carers, and external professionals to support student development.
Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding practices.
The Successful Candidate Will:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching students with SEN, ideally within a specialist or inclusive setting.
Strong understanding of SEND strategies and behaviour management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
