You'll also play a key role in inspiring and mentoring junior team members, all while contributing your creativity to a menu that reflects the finest coastal flavours.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP in a high-pressure kitchen environment.
A passion for seasonal, sustainable ingredients and innovative cooking.
Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team during busy service.
Excellent organisational skills and a calm, collected approach under pressure.
