As a Sourcing Manager based in our Warwick office, you’ll be responsible for:
Build and maintain strong relationships with business unit stakeholders, developing an understanding of the proposition, strategic objectives and service requirements.
Utilise data and analytics to lead in the development and delivery of key supplier negotiations, collaborating closely with the category teams to ensure an aligned approach that delivers the overall business objectives.
Generate reports and insights on supplier performance, cost savings, and market trends and monitor and report on the performance of new and on-going initiatives.
Review and manage supplier contracts to ensure commercial category agreements are maximised and all benefits are realised.
Work cross-functionally with Category Management, Inventory, Marketing, Finance, Technical and Sales and Operations to implement effective Sourcing strategies.
This is a full time, permanent role working Mon-Friday 40 hours a week, with hybrid flexible working 2 days a week.

Project management and planning capabilities, able to think strategically, commercial mindset
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, results-oriented and target driven
Ability to understand market trends, data and the effects on cost and product sourcing
Experience in building and managing supplier relationships
Prior sourcing experience preferred
