Job Description

Solution Architect - Electronic Communications Surveillance** (Contract) Duration: 6 Months (Possibility for extension) Location: London/Hybrid (2 - 3 days per week on site) Rate: A highly competitive Umbrella day rate is available for suitable candidates Role Profile Our client, a leading player in the investment banking industry, is seeking a Solution Architect to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining integration architecture and specifications for the implementation of a cutting-edge electronic communications surveillance platform across the EMEA region. Key Responsibilities: Conduct stakeholder meetings to gather information and design target integration solutions. Review existing implementations, identify gaps, and propose enhancements. Design end-to-end data integration flows and interface specifications. Develop automated controls for data accuracy and completeness. Design and integrate additional components to the architecture. Create IT service operating models compliant with industry standards. Coordinate solution delivery across teams. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and automation opportunities. Lead process reengineering efforts to optimise workflows. Develop and execute a comprehensive platform adoption plan. Provide training and support for successful platform adoption.Skills & Experience: Extensive experience in Compliance and Surveillance Architecture solution delivery within the Financial Sector. Familiarity with NICE Actimize SaaS Survey-X solution. Strong knowledge of database systems, data modelling, and integration technologies. Experience in developing technical data solutions in large or medium-sized enterprises. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Knowledge of different data architectures and reporting solutions. Experience with data analytics tools. Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams. Knowledge of industry best practises for process improvement and digital transformation. Thorough understanding of IT controls and software development lifecycle. Positive mindset and commitment to excellence and sustainability.
