Job Description
SOLAR PV INSTALLATION ENGINEER NEEDED TO BE BASED IN ST ALBANS COVERING LONDON, ESSEX, KENT AND THE SOUTH OF ENGLAND.
We are recruiting for a qualified Install Engineer with a good all round understanding of basic electrics, plumbing and on site routines, preferably with a background with hybrid systems/ Solar PV/ Generators, alternatively an individual with a background in engineering/electrical works with a capacity to devote themselves to learning our systems quickly. You will be required to attend sites between 8am-5pm, with the possibility of working beyond standard hours as needed
Understanding of the components used within our hybrid systems - Solar PV, Battery, Wind turbine, Generators Diesel/LPG.
Programming settings on new and existing hybrid systems.
Fault diagnosis on systems/ generators.
Site visits on occasions to diagnose/ rectify faults.
Remote monitoring of systems.
Remote refinement of settings when new systems are installed on site.The role is paying: £40,000 per annum plus van, fuel card, overnight accomodation paid as and when neede
