Software Support Engineer
Location: North Essex (Office-based) Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 plus comprehensive benefits package
Are you a recent graduate with a passion for innovative technology and customer success? Our partner is building a new technical support team and seeking three bright, motivated Engineers to join them in delivering excellence to their global customers.
I am particularly interested in speaking with graduates who hold degrees in:
Engineering with programming components
Computer Science with embedded software engineering focus
MechatronicsAbout the Role: As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of the customer support operations, applying your programming expertise to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges across the product range. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to build a career in technical support while developing deep product knowledge and customer service skills.
What You'll Do:
Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for their engineering products
Develop and implement solutions using your programming knowledge
Build strong relationships with customers as their dedicated technical advisor
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance
Drive continuous improvement in their support processesYour Profile:
Recent graduate with a degree in Engineering (including coding), Computer Science (with embedded software engineering), or Mechatronics
Programming capabilities in at least one language such as C#, .NET, Python, or LabVIEW™
Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
Outstanding communication skills and customer service orientation
