A next-generation and R&D led Space-Tech firm have opened up an opportunity for a mid-level Software Engineer with C++ expertise to join a well-funded and established technical team.
This is a fantastic chance for a mid-level developer to accelerate their career by working on bleeding-edge tech in a greenfield environment.
The role:
* Design and develop greenfield mission-critical systems in C++, as well as applications in Python
* Champion modern software technologies to streamline development
* Work with different teams to build large-scale on-board systems from the ground up
About you:
* C/C++ development for systems on Linux (essential)
* Commercial use of Python (essential)
* Very comfortable in a Linux environment (essential)
* 1-5 years' commercial development experience (essential)
* Knowledge of Python libraries (desirable)
* Development of high availability systems (desirable)
* Linux kernel and device driver knowledge (desirable)
* Must already live in the UK or be a British Citizen
* Relevant degree
