SOFTWARE ENGINEER C++ Windows Driver – CONTRACT 4 MONTHS – GLASGOW Scotland
Seeking a C++ Software Engineer who has proven ability with windows driver. We have a 32-bit Windows Embedded 7 driver being ported to 64-bit Windows 10 driver. The successful candidate is needed to be on-site in Glasgow for a minimum of 3 months working with the SW/HW in the office full-time.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / PROVEN ABILITY
C++ Software Design & Development.
32-bit Windows Embedded 7 driver being ported to 64-bit Windows 10 driver.
MS-Visual Studio.
Ability to writeSW interfacing code to HW under Windows.
Has a proven ability in connecting to a windows driver and debugging a windows driver on a PC.
Has a basic understanding of HW.
Has performed code reviews.
Has tested SW formally against test case descriptions and creating test reports.
DESIRABLES
Windows video/graphics knowledge.
Video signal processing.
