About the role
We are seeking a Social Sustainability Coordinator is to provide administrative and creative support to the ESG team. This includes coordinating ESG events, supporting internal business reporting, communicating and promoting ESG initiatives, and engagement with the supply chain.
This will include some of the following;
* Help to maintain the company’s ESG tracker with charitable activities, volunteering, community engagement, recruitment, procurement.
* Understand and ensure compliance with S106 and/or KPI requirements for all projects and be the dedicated Social Value Coordinator.
* Assist with organising work experience, work placements, internships, training, workshops, course enrolment, fundraising events, charity work, volunteering opportunities, and more.
* Help to coordinate wellbeing activities and social value initiatives in line with PME’s internal sustainability strategy
* Research ESG initiatives within the industry and communicate them with management for consideration.
* Engage with the supply chain to ensure their compliance with S106 regulations, ethical labour standards, and miscellaneous social sustainability events.
* Assist the Environmental Sustainability team with administration.
