Are you based in the Hampshire area? Then this might be the opportunity for you… I’m looking for a Project Manager with experience of working on small works fit-out projects in the Hampshire area. About the role: My client creates specialised interior spaces for companies across the UK. A family-run business with over 30 years of trading, this business is in a very strong position following a successful Q1 heading into Q2 & 3. With a great team of employees who specialise in all things design and build fit-out – this a fantastic small business with a lot of potential. About the role: As Small Works Manager, you will be responsible for small works fit-out projects across the South and Southeast of the country. You will oversee pre-construction elements of the projects and operational duties with projects ranging in value from £50k - £200k. Rewards & Benefits: * Salary £45,000 - £60,000 * Travel allowance. * Pension * Healthcare Requirements: You will have experience in managing small works fit-out projects. You will have experience working on CAT A & B design and build fit-out projects. You will be able to oversee and manage projects from conception to completion. Knowledge of pre-construction duties would be advantageous
