Berry Recruitment are currently looking for a Skilled Production Operative to join a Food Manufacturing company in Norwich.
The Role:
As a Skilled Production Operative, you will play a key role in our manufacturing process, ensuring production runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Operating and minding production machinery
Carrying out basic maintenance
Ensuring quality control and hygiene standards are met
Working efficiently to meet production targets
Adhering to health & safety regulations
You must have:
✔ Experience in food manufacturing (essential)
✔ Previous machine minding experience
✔ Mechanically minded
Pay rate: £13.50
Shift pattern: Monday-Friday
This is a permanent position
