£17.43p/hour (£16.04 when training for 3 months on a day shift)

We are looking for 2 skills machine operators who can commit to a night shift within a busy aerospace company in Rugby.
This is a full time, temp 2 perm role where you operate bespoke machinery used to produce titanium aerospace parts.
You will be loading, operating, unloading, checking, measuring and working with production/ quality targets.
This is a very process driven environment, so you expected to follow instructions and following diagrams.
It's NOT CNC but some of the principles are the same.
It's a great role for someone who has a few year's experience working within engineering / manufacturing, maybe setting and operating machinery along with someone who is local to the Rugby area. Attitude and longevity of also important so we are looking for someone who wants to work, wants to learn and a person who has a CV showing they can hold a job role (not changing jobs every 6 months).
This role offers you:
£17.43 p/hour (£16.04 p/hour when training on days).
Average of 42 hours paid per week (average worked out of 12 months)
