We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in the South that specializes in delivery of traditional build care homes across the UK. Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are currently seeking a Site Manager to delivering a new £5m, traditional build care home.
Requirements:

SMSTS
*
CSCS Card
*
First Aid
*
At least 5 years experience after working as a No.1 Site Manager for a Main Contractor
*
Must have experience delivering traditional build care homes from start to finish.
