Site Manager - Stevenage Framework
* Role Overview: Support the Senior Site Manager in overseeing a 10-year refurbishment and maintenance framework in Stevenage, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
* Scope of Work: Manage cyclical repairs, including windows, doors, and other refurbishment/maintenance works across multiple properties.
* Team Coordination: Supervise subcontractors and site staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient project delivery.
* Health & Safety: Maintain strict compliance with health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
* Programme Management: Oversee project schedules, monitor progress, and adapt plans to address challenges and maintain timelines.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure all works are completed to a high standard, meeting both client specifications and industry regulations.
* Client & Resident Liaison: Work closely with the Senior Site Manager, clients, and residents to ensure clear communication and minimal disruption during works.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports and progress updates, to support effective reporting and project transparency
