Groundworks / Civils Site Manager Southampton Salary DOE + Package My client is a highly reputable building contractor on the South Coast. They are looking for an experienced Groundworks / Civils Site Manager to join their team due to their increasing growth. Projects include commercial and refurbishment. Experience Required: · Minimum of 3 years Site Management experience within Groundworks / Civils. · Manage all groundworks on commercial sites. · Communicate well with Project Managers etc. Duties: · Be able to lead and motivate teams, as well as managing client expectations. · Ability to implement a high standard of work at a good pace. · Liaising with onsite operatives, clients & subcontractors.
