Overseeing shop fit-outs, refreshes, and roll-out projects across the UK.

Managing projects ranging from £500k to £2 million in value.

Leading on-site teams to ensure work is completed on time, on budget, and to spec.

Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and materials to keep projects moving smoothly.
*
Ensuring H&S compliance and maintaining top-tier site standards.
*
Conducting site inspections, quality control checks, and progress reporting.
*
Problem-solving on-site challenges to keep work flowing efficiently.

Liaising with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure expectations are met.
