Are you an experienced Site Internals Manager ready to lead on one of London’s most innovative residential projects? This £53M development in Acton Town is setting a benchmark for sustainable living, featuring 188 homes, including 71 built to rigorous Passivhaus standards, across three striking buildings ranging from four to 20 storeys.
This is your chance to play a key role in shaping the interiors of high-quality, energy-efficient homes that prioritize both functionality and aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Internal Fit-Out Leadership: Oversee the full fit-out process across multiple units, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and timely delivery.
* Quality Control: Maintain strict compliance with project specifications, focusing on achieving exceptional finishes that exceed client expectations.
* Coordination: Liaise with subcontractors, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of all internal elements, from first fix to handover.
* Problem Solving: Tackle on-site challenges with proactive solutions to keep the project on track.
* Progress Reporting: Provide clear and consistent updates to senior management on milestones and any issues arising during the internal fit-out phase.
What You’ll Need:
* Proven experience managing internal works on large-scale residential or commercial projects.
* A keen eye for detail, with the ability to deliver high-end finishes.
* Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and subcontractors.
* Familiarity with sustainable construction practices, particularly in delivering energy-efficient homes (Passivhaus knowledge is a bonus).
* Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to site management.
