Role: Site Manager – Construction Location: Ireland Nationwide Job Type: Permanent - Full time Salary: €50k – €75k DOE, plus benefits package & perks Are you a Site Manager looking for a new job? Call Gary today at (phone number removed) Your new role includes: * Site Supervision: Oversee the daily operations on-site, ensuring work is carried out efficiently with project plans. * Team Management: Supervise site teams, including subcontractors and construction workers to ensure smooth progress. * Quality Control: Monitor and enforce quality control procedures * Health & Safety: Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. * Project Coordination: Coordinate activities between contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services. * Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve problems promptly. * Documentation: Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, and site logs. * Client Liaison: Communicate with clients, and project managers, providing regular updates on site progress.
