Anderselite is recruiting on behalf of a leading real estate services firm for a Site Facilities Manager to oversee building operations, ensure compliance, and deliver a high-quality occupier experience. Part-Time Role (2 Days Per Week) Key Responsibilities: ✅ Manage day-to-day building operations, including planned & reactive maintenance ✅ Act as the first point of contact for occupiers, ensuring excellent customer service ✅ Oversee supplier performance, compliance, and service delivery ✅ Ensure legal compliance in health & safety, risk assessments & CDM regulations ✅ Manage service charge budgets and reporting in line with RICS standards ✅ Drive sustainability initiatives and maintain reporting platforms Requirements: ✔ Proven experience in Facilities Management ✔ Strong leadership, problem-solving & communication skills ✔ Knowledge of CAFM systems (e.g., Meridian, E-Logbooks) ✔ IWFM Level 4, IOSH certification & professional body membership preferred This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable firm and play a key role in delivering a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment.
