The Role
As Site Engineering Manager you will be at the forefront of the site's engineering strategy, ensuring high performance, efficiency, and compliance within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Leading a talented engineering team, you will:
Develop and implement a robust engineering strategy
Drive continuous improvement and asset reliability
Ensure compliance with health & safety and food industry standards
Manage budgets, projects, and stakeholder relationships
Foster a culture of innovation and excellence
Manage a large group of engineersWhat We're Looking For
Proven leadership experience in engineering within food/FMCG manufacturing
Strong understanding of CI, TPM, and reliability-based maintenance
Strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management skills
Experience leading large teams and driving cultural change
Engineering qualification (HND/Degree or equivalent)What's on Offer?
