About the Role
As Site Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing the engineering team, ensuring that the site operates at peak efficiency. You'll drive a culture of continuous improvement, reliability, and world-class engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team
* Implement and drive a proactive maintenance strategy to reduce downtime
* Oversee capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food manufacturing regulations
* Work closely with production to optimise site performance
* Drive a culture of innovation and technical excellence
About You:
* Experienced Engineering Manager within the food or FMCG sector
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development
* Expertise in planned maintenance, reliability, and asset care
* Excellent knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and CI principles
* Able to manage budgets, projects, and stakeholder relationships
C.70k Basic salary + bonus
