Requirements:
Proven experience in tunnelling, shafts, water, infrastructure, or civil engineering projects.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and ensure work is completed safely and to high standards.
Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations.
Experience in managing project documentation, RAMS, and quality assurance processes.
Relevant certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, Temporary Works Supervisor).What We Offer:
