Job Description

Carmichael UK are seeking a site agent or sub agent to join a groundworks company based in Hemel Hempstead in Hertfordshire on a permanent basis.  As agent, you will be involved in sub contractor and worker management across groundworks and civils across multiple sites around Hertfordshire, and up to 2 hours away from head office.  Role will include;  Assisting with managing projects (programme, H&S, quality) Visiting various sites or could be based on one larger project Daily liaison with clients Daily liaison with site foreman Assisting resolving daily project issues Liaising with QS RAMS Lift plans Project programmes Lookahead programmes ITPs Monitoring site progress Meetings Resource management / planning Material call offs Material reconciliations Record keeping Assisting with tenders General project administration Candidates require; Site experience Subcontractor or main contractor experience in the UK CSCS SSSTS / SMSTS but we can provide this training Clean driving licence Good communication skill Ability to produce programmes Salary of 40k - 60k dependent on position and experience. Package also includes car allowance, holiday, pension and other staff benefits.  Expected start: January
