Shift Manager
£45k to £50k
Permanent position
Working 4 on 4 off shift pattern - 6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am
Excellent opportunity for for an experienced Shift Manager / Supervisor / Team Leader
Previous experience within a manufacturing and production background an advantage
Will be responsible for a team of approx 30 people.
Based in Telford area
Duties of a Shift Manager
Ensure that production always operates to maxim line efficiency
Train, coach and develop staff
Achieve targets, minimise costs and safeguard safety and quality
Performance Management
Work closely with other departmentsExperience required for a Shift Manager
FMCG manufacturing experience would be a distinct advantage
Held previous positions as a Team Leader, Production Manager / Supervisor
Excellent team building / motivational skills
Production line, automation knowledge / experience
Responsibility for training and developing staff
Worked to targets / KPI's
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Problem solving

Working 4 on 4 off shift pattern - including, days, nights and weekends - 4 days 6am to 6pm, then 4 days off, 4 nights on 6pm to 6am and then 4 days off
