Data Centre Maintenance Engineer (Shift)
Location: Amsterdam
We are seeking a skilled Data Centre Facility Engineer to oversee the operations, maintenance, and installation of advanced electrical and mechanical systems for a leading global data centre operator.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for 24x7 data centre operations, ensuring 100% uptime.
Perform maintenance, repairs, and testing for critical systems, including electrical distribution, UPS, standby generation, fire suppression, and large-scale cooling systems.
Assist with construction activities and installations, ensuring adherence to operational standards.
Oversee customer installations, deployments, and power circuit setups.
Implement and audit standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain compliance with safety standards and codes.
Manage change control processes for maintenance activities and document results.
Participate in reviews for planned and emergency maintenance events, ensuring reliability.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in engineering within critical environments like data centres, hospitals, or industrial facilities.
Mechanical or Electrical qualification
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Certifications in HVAC or critical power systems preferred.
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
Willingness to travel (10-25%).Skills:
